KPMG Deal Advisory Internship and Full-Time Opportunities

KPMG is looking for juniors and seniors to join our transaction services group in Boston. The Deal Advisory group provides advice and assistance related to mergers and acquisitions, including buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and operational due diligence assistance to Fortune 100 companies, private equity investors, and commercial lenders. Additionally, the Deal Advisory group provides accounting advisory support and research to clients, including assistance with SEC filings, carve-out financial statements, IPOs, debt offerings, complex capital and financing structures, and implementation of new accounting standards. ALLMA CONTENT CREATION INTERN

At Allma, our mission is to help companies build enduring technology organizations. If we do our job right, we will completely change the way companies scale. As our Content Creation intern, you will be responsible for building out the library of operating playbooks that will be used by leaders at the fastest growing tech companies. You will create playbooks memorializing best practices across the company from employee onboarding, to product development, incident response, and promotions.

● Partner directly with the founders to build our content library from the ground up.

● Create content from scratch through researching and synthesizing best practices on managing a fast-growing organization.

● Source relevant, best-practice content from the internet and build them into to Allma operating playbooks
