BALANCE WITH B EVENT
WIB is hosting lifestyle and food blogger, Blair Flynn, behind balancewithb. Through years of suffering with anxiety, migraines, and digestive issues, she knows first hand how difficult it can be to navigate through life and feel normal, especially during times of stress. Her goal is inspire others to embrace a healthy lifestyle in order to feel their best and empower others to feel confident in themselves both mentally and physically especially in her yoga classes. The event will consist of a 45 minute Q&A with Blair, followed by a yoga class. Blair will discuss how she left a stable job, built her brand, and how she maintains balance in her life.
