Our entry-level sales role at VMTurbo, Sales Development Representative, lays a solid foundation to build a successful tech-sales career, gaining the technical depth and sales acumen to transition into a quota carrying account executive role. This may or may not be a surprise but our highest performing sales reps are ladies! We have found that while they make up a smaller percentage of our salesforce, they are consistently top performers and we are looking to train and empower the next generation of female sales reps in technology. Working at a company which supports and enables an inclusive environment was incredibly important to me and I’m very happy to say that it continues to be what fulfills me daily. VMTurbo is about something much bigger than the disruptive software we are bringing to market. We are building something!
