Boston College Women in Business is an organization, network, and community of undergraduate female students dedicated to their empowerment and education. WIB is committed to the growth and expansion of professional and personal opportunities for its members, with a focus on business, leadership, and female celebration and innovation. Additionally, the group is devoted to helping students answer Father Himes' three crucial questions in the development of their vocation:  1) What brings me joy? 2) What am I good at? 3) Who does the world need me to be?

Analyst Internship at Allen & Company (juniors only)

The Allen & Company Summer Internship program is an opportunity for undergraduate students to get hands-on experience in investment banking and learn more about the culture at Allen & Company. Summer Interns will join lean deal teams working on various M&A transactions and other advisory assignments. Summer Interns will participate in formal training and gain career and industry insights from the Summer Speaker Series (multiple speaker sessions per week). Allen & Company will offer top Summer Interns the opportunity to continue on in full-time positions upon graduation.

Requirements:

In selecting candidates, Allen looks for well-rounded juniors with outstanding academic records, proven analytical skills and a strong interest in or understanding of finance.  Top candidates often demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, proven leadership capabilities, initiative and the ability to play a key role as a team member in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.

Steps to Success – The Doug Paul Scholarship Program

10-week summer internship for college sophomores interested in Global Markets (Sales & Trading or Equity Research),  Investment Banking and Capital Markets or Technology.  Additionally, students who successfully complete the summer internship program will be eligible to receive a $5,000 -$7,500 scholarship and may be eligible for a junior year internship program offer.  Deadline to apply is October 15, 2016.

CEO Scholarship Program

$10,000 scholarship for college juniors interested in Asset Management, Global Markets (Sales & Trading or Equity Research) or Investment Banking and Capital Markets.  Deadline to apply is September 21, 2016.

VERA BRADLEY CAMPUS AMBASSADORS

Vera Bradley has retained the services of Fluent to create a 360-degree marketing campaign to engage college students across the country. Starting in the Fall 2016 semester, the Fluent Campus Ambassadors will activate the brand on 10 campuses. These student ambassadors, representing the Vera Bradley brand, will be managed by a Fluent Account Manager. The main goal of this program is to empower you to develop your personal and professional style through activities that offer you valuable workforce skills while spreading the news about Vera Bradley on your campus. Datadog is seeking to hire a Sales Development Representative (SDR). We're looking for someone who will be responsible for identifying and qualifying outbound opportunities. The successful SDR is a self-starter, has excellent telephone/communication skills, well organized, able to multi-task, and comfortable and / or experienced in contacting and conversing with senior business executives and technical buyers. Most importantly, you must have an insane desire to compete and an even stronger will to win.
